Don Piccard Endorsement Letter
Don Piccard has held many world class balloon records, holds numerous patents in balloon design and inflatable buildings and is internationally recognized as a major contributor to the art and science of aerostation. A typical search using Google (limit the search by putting "Don Piccard" in quotes) will bring up over 500 interesting to read citations. "Donald Piccard" some twenty and "Donald L.Piccard" some ten articles of a more formal nature.

International Peace Star Update (as of September 2003)
A lot has happened in the past few months! We have a new International Peace Star Project website, donated by Mr. Christopher Simmons, president of Neotrope Inc. This new website combined with our recent press release caught the attention of a few major contributors who offered to help us achieve our dream.
